Maya Sojourns collects only the information you provide directly: your name, contact details, and the context you share in An Introduction or other inquiry forms. We do not collect information through cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for the site to function. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
The information you provide is used only to manage our relationship with you: to respond to your Introduction, to communicate about your sojourn, and to send Field Notes if you have subscribed. We do not sell, share, or license your information to third parties under any circumstances.
We hold your information for as long as our relationship is active. If you request deletion, we delete all records of your information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, financial records related to a completed sojourn).
Under GDPR and applicable Indian data protection law, you have the right to access the information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact the Custodian through the Contact page.
